More than 3 accessories items will charge $70/each

I have all the rights to reject or accept a commission.

Do not rush the artist, i try to finish every piece according to the schedule, if you want to be prioritize, rush fee always an option.

Any major changes on the sketch after the deal have been done such as completely changing the pose or the character style will have additional +$25 fee per revision. Please provide the correct references and information beforehand to avoid this.

Failing to communicate in a month during the commission will bring the the project into postpone (if payment already received) or automatically cancel the slot (if there's no payment yet).

Refunds will not be allowed after the commission is completed.

The client must clearly state whether it's a personal or commercial commission. If the commission is personal, ANY kind of profits are not to be made from this.

The client and the artist will have the right to post the art in social medias (for publicity intents and purposes) unless if the client wishes for it to be private that I will charge for NDA fee.

I forbid any use or repurpose of my artwork for AI training. Please do not ask any other artist to make an adjustment of my artwork, if you want a revision you can always ask me.

The client have to pay at least 50% of the price after having a deal and satisfied with the rough sketch. After the payment received and confirmed then the artist will continue the project. The rest of the payment are expected before the full version handed over.

If ever the client wants to cancel the commission in the middle of process, they must pay according to the progress the artist has done on the piece.

An activity intended for exchange in the market to earn an economic profit.

Automatically charged for any kind of business organization or brand that encapsulates the entire identity and perception of a product/service for the customers.

Exception for NGO, education, and religious industry.

(1) exploitation of the artwork as the main content out of sale (reproducing, reselling, exclusive paywall, merchandise, etc)

(2) using the artwork as part of a content that is indirectly generate money in non-business process (paywall content, MV, personal website, brand identity/card, etc)

(3) using the artwork as a part of promoting or compliment in the branding process (video or streaming overlays, thumbnail, social media promo, assets, emotes, etc)

(4) applicable for DIRECT PROFIT only, quantity-based profit shares for each item sold. (full transparency required)

(5) Non Disclosure Agreement to keep everything about the work classified until the agreed published time or never. (note the artist still have the rights to use it as a portfolio in professional scope)

(6) has a right to use, exploit or practice by virtue of a license grant, immunity from Legal Action or otherwise. (incapable of granting another right to a third-party or so)

all the price above are set to equal for ANY size or kind of business practice, small or big the artist believe in fairness. Negotiation always encouraged if you ever feel unsure.
